Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead official statistics and become the voice of HESA data to drive improvement across the Higher Education sector. In this role, you will serve as a public speaker, content publisher and data commentator, bridging the gap between our data and customers. Your efforts will make data more accessible, understandable and usable whilst playing a crucial role in transforming its output through various investment programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
-Ability to lead world-class official statistics and communicate value to our audience
-Strong communication skills - able to bridge the gap between data and users
-Understanding the role of statistics and data in helping shape policy and delivering value for customers
-Developing high-quality UK national official statistics outputs and compliance
-Ability to create a customer focussed strategy and innovate to develop existing and new data-based products and services with an understanding of the future needs and demands
-Experience of managing and navigating complex relationships to ensure combined needs are met
-Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
-Educated to degree level
