We are looking for a dedicated In-House Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in employment law to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and defending against employment claims, particularly focusing on frivolous PAGA lawsuits, which are prevalent in our industry.

Lead the legal strategies in response to claims and other employment-related litigation.

Conduct thorough document reviews, searches, and production to ensure comprehensive case preparation.

Collaborate closely with external legal advisors to determine litigation strategies, resolution, and settlement negotiations.

Educate and advise company stakeholders on current employment litigation trends, potential legal risks, and legislative changes affecting the staffing industry.

Manage cases independently through all phases of litigation including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, dispute resolution, and trials or hearings.

Requirements

5 years experience as an employment litigation attorney

Licensed to practice law in California.

Ability to manage a case from start to finish.

Proven track record in litigation and dispute resolution, including trial/arbitration experience.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization and to influence senior business leaders.

J.D. Degree from an accredited law school.
