We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Manager/Executive Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational tasks and provide support to senior executives
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain and organize files and records
Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Act as a liaison between different departments within the organization
Assist with various HR tasks such as recruiting and onboarding new hires
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
High level of confidentiality and discretion
Responsibilities
