The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager at Darkhive, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the established scope and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, operations, and external partners, to drive project success.
Your key responsibilities will include defining project objectives, developing detailed project plans, managing project schedules, tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring resource allocation, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Project Management Software - MS Project, Monday, Jira, Confluence
5+ years of experience in project or program management support US Government customers
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Additional Preferred Experience
Experience in the robotics, aerospace, or defense industries
PMP or ACP certification
SCRUM certification
Experience with Agile methodologies
Understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
