Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join our healthcare team full-time. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing and balance disorders. Responsibilities:

Diagnostic Testing: Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments using audiometric tests and other diagnostic tools to identify hearing and balance disorders.

Patient Consultations: Consult with patients to discuss test results, explain diagnoses, and recommend appropriate treatment options.

Treatment Planning: Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, which may include hearing aids, assistive listening devices, or other therapeutic interventions.

Hearing Aid Fittings: Provide expert guidance on selecting, fitting, and adjusting hearing aids for optimal comfort and performance.

Counseling: Offer counseling and support to patients and their families regarding hearing loss, communication strategies, and coping mechanisms.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as otolaryngologists, speech-language pathologists, and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including test results, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Stay Informed: Keep abreast of advancements in audiology research, technology, and best practices to continuously improve patient care.

Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about hearing health and promote preventive measures.

Requirements

Requirements

Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program.

State licensure and certification as an Audiologist.

Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
