Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 students, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum.

Collaborate with fellow educators to develop innovative teaching strategies and share best practices.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted support when necessary.
Engage with parents and guardians to communicate students' achievements and encourage their active involvement in their child's education.
Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the school's curriculum to meet the evolving needs of our students.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest educational advancements.
Uphold high expectations for student behavior and academic achievement.
Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience teaching Key Stage 2.
A genuine passion for primary education and a comprehensive understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive and motivating learning environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both with students and parents.
Dedication to the academic and personal growth of every student.
Adaptability in tailoring teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
A valid DBS certificate is mandatory.
