Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm

Building Services - Maintenance

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a client-side team of engineers on a static site in the heart of the City.

The ideal candidate will be Electrically qualified, with a basic understanding of plumbing, mechanical and building maintenance.

Package & Benefits

* £47,000 basic salary

* Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm

* Overtime available

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Duties & Responsibilities

* Undertake reactive maintenance, minor works and public health maintenance including blocked toilets.

* Investigation and rectification of hot & cold air conditioning complaints. Operation of the Building Management System (BMS), and Lighting Control System (LCS).

* Complete water treatment tasks in accordance with L8 utilising the water treatment logbooks.

* Carry out minor mechanical installations.

Qualifications & Experience

* Relevant City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications (AM2 & LEVEL 3 ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS REQUIRED).

* Experience working within a commercial, client-facing environment.

* 5+ years of building services experience.
