Process Engineer

Location: Midlands [London travel & eventually national travel]

Working Hours: Night Shift operation so may include evening work

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and enhance existing processes and workflows.
Design, implement and test and own new procedures to boost productivity.
Compose detailed reports documenting process improvements and overall status.
Assess the effectiveness of upgrades and monitor the key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Provide clear instructions for the successful implementation of process changes.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and conduct thorough risk assessments.
Build excellent relationships to obtain by in and drive change.What will you bring to the role?

Proven experience in Process Engineering ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Able to quickly identify waste within processes.
A continuous improvement mindset.
