Position: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Burton-On-Trent
Salary Range: £(phone number removed) incl £60 sleep-in payment per shift
Contracted Hours: 40 hours
A new residential children's home located in Burton-On-Trent are currently seeking Senior Residential Support Workers. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will provide care and support to children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager by leading the team to provide positive outcomes and promoting Independence
Be responsible for shift planning, conducting supervisions, leading the team, as well as offering support and guidance to your colleagues
Liaising with external parties and agencies
Providing a high standard of care to children and young people Requirements:
Hold either a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare OR Children and Young People's / Level 4 Diploma in Children, Young People and Families Practitioner
Experience working with children and young people
Have a passion to support and nurture children and young people
