We are currently partnering with an established food manufacturing business who are looking to add to the team with an operational excellence professional to support their transformational journey and continued success.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive the day to day continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation, ensuring engagement and understanding of the ways of working and embedding processes that will become second nature, as well as working with the senior leadership team to ensure that the strategy fits with the overall objectives of the site, educating senior stakeholders along the way.

In order to be considered for this role you must have worked for a significant period with a continuous improvement or manufacturing excellence role, ideally within food but essential that it is within the FMCG sector. You will be qualified up to black belt level and have demonstrable experience of delivering strong results
