Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing counsel on communication strategies and tactics
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage and manage any potential crises
- Develop and manage a team of communications professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the team's success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, and investor relations, to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels
- Oversee the development of executive speeches, presentations, and other communications materials, ensuring they are aligned with the company's messaging and brand
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks for the company's reputation
- Act as a spokesperson for the company, representing the executive team and the company's values and mission to external audiences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive communications, preferably in a technology or fast-paced industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful executive communications strategies
- Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and compelling messaging
- Experience managing a team and providing mentorship and guidance
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
