We are seeking a skilled and dependable Dry Van Driver to join our team. This position involves transporting freight across various states, primarily on irregular routes. Drivers will benefit from weekly home time, competitive mileage pay, and numerous additional pay opportunities.

Work Schedule: Drivers will operate on an irregular route schedule that ensures weekly home time, providing a balance between work and personal life.

Compensation and Benefits:

Mileage Pay: $0.53 per mile (Effective 2/27/22)

Northeast Premium Pay: $0.25 per mile for loads finalizing in Northeast states (Effective 1/2/22)

Vacation Pay: $150 per day

Vacation Pay: Average weekly pay over the previous 6 months

Accessorial Pay:High value: $0.04 per mile

Tolls, stop, wait, layover, hazmat, NYC, and Canada pay

Utilization Bonus: Effective 1/2/22, with additional bonuses paid monthly if mileage tier goals are met:9,000 miles: $0.03 per mile

10,000 miles: $0.06 per mile

11,000 miles: $0.09 per mile

Guarantee Minimum Pay: 1,500 miles per week

Job Responsibilities:

Transport freight using dry van loads on irregular routes

Handle a mixture of no-touch freight, with 65% drop and hook

Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups

Ensure compliance with all safety and operational protocols

Requirements:

Ability to handle various freight types and loading methods

Commitment to safety and efficiency in all driving and freight handling activities
