Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Supplementing the service team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.
Scheduling service appointments and logging appointments in E-leads. Taking note of any special client requests.
Conducting follow-up calls.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 (Hourly + Commission)
Requirements
Previous automotive BDC, reception or cashier experience strongly preferred
Must have previous customer service experience + strong phone skills
Trainable in various computer systems
Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
Professional personal appearance
Weekend and AM availability required
