We specialize in representing a collection of first-class manufacturers of HVAC equipment, serving commercial and light industrial markets. As part of our expansion efforts, we are seeking a talented Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team.

The Outside Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our products. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify Sales Opportunities: Develop/foster relationships with existing and prospective customers. Proactively identify potential clients through research and networking.

Develop tailored solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their specific challenges and requirements. Develop customized solutions that address their needs and align with T&D product offerings.

Lead negotiations and close deals: Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Effectively communicate pricing, terms, and conditions.

Build and maintain client relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends. Use this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Achieve sales targets: Set ambitious sales targets and develop strategies to meet or exceed them.

Requirements

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field, or +5 years experience in account management and/or sales. HVAC industry experience is a plus.

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a technical or engineering-oriented industry.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts. Problem solver.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
