RideNow Powersports is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, selling a wide range of powersports products.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the right powersports products based on their needs and preferences
Guide customers through the sales process, including negotiating prices, securing financing, and coordinating deliveries
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
Requirements
Prior sales experience is a must
Knowledge of powersports products and a passion for the industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Familiarity with financing options and the ability to assist customers in securing financing
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Availability to work Tuesday thru Saturdays
High school diploma or equivalent
