Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our historic hotel in Tennessee. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing top-notch hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management

Train and supervise restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high quality standards

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards

Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction

Monitor and analyze restaurant performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a hospitality or food service setting

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to manage a diverse team and create a positive work environment

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations

Understanding of restaurant financials and experience in budgeting and cost control

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
