Parallel Employment Group is currently hiring Welders to join our team.

As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment.

1st shift: 6am-4pm Monday- Thursday

2nd shift: 4p-2am Monday-Thursday

3rd shift: 10pm-6am Sunday- Wednesday

Starting Wage: $19.00-$21.00/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications

Set up and operate welding machines and other equipment

Weld components in various positions using different welding techniques

Inspect and test welds for quality and accuracy

Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Welder

Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and precision

Good manual dexterity and physical stamina
