We're seeking an experienced agency Project Manager to ensure that projects are scoped perfectly, delivered on time, on budget, and meet the agency's standards of quality. You'll be a collaborative leader and a detail-oriented problem solver who will work closely with all departments to ensure that projects are successful.

Responsibilities:
Generate and manage timelines, budgets, and scopes for the development of retail products and campaign marketing materials
Own team resourcing, vendor management, reporting, work in progress, status and reconciliation
Lead new project intake through its closing, participate in its scope development, budgets, timelines, estimate generation, approvals, reconciliation and final invoicing
Work with agency teams to allocate resources, establish budgets and define deadlines
Upkeep of project management software
Deliver and present timely project reports including job status, actuals, variances, under/overages, budgets and closing
Direct, maintain and archive project documentation
Champion and facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams and disciplines
Coordinate with agency teams to approve freelancers, contracts and vendors
Assist with clearances, print proofs, and final checks before go-live
Requirements
3+ years of experience in project management and/ or account management in a creative agency environment
Track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to completion on time, on budget, and within scope
Working knowledge of project management tools
Demonstrated organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail, with experience maintaining and updating project management software
Strong understanding of how creative development works and how an integrated advertising business functions
Effective at integrating agency departments and disciplines across a project
Proven skill at overseeing the successful completion of multiple projects at one time
Knowledge and expertise in managing a range of projects spanning from creative campaigns, digital, OOH, video and web
Proven ability to collaborate, promote communication, and inspire teamwork between a group of multidisciplinary people
Knowledge of resource scheduling and time management in relation to a project
Working experience with Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, Slack, Trello
An intense drive to “get things done”, making innovative ideas come to life without having the perfect guidebook on how to do it
Impeccable communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to internal stakeholders
