We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team!  In this role you will be right in the middle of the action. You’ll collaborate across multiple departments to ensure that our clients' visions are brought to life both on time, and on budget. You’ll also meet with the clients and provide updates and peace of mind that their projects are on track. 

QUALIFICATIONS

What makes you the ideal candidate:

5+ years experience in the management of large projects in the experiential marketing and/or events, exhibit builds, custom fabrication or architecture spaces are required

Experience creating and managing large budgets ($100K+)

Experience with complex scheduling that involve multiple stakeholders, elements of fabrication or manufacturing and tight deadlines

Ability to influence without authority

Natural resting state is thinking like an owner

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build rapport and credibility with clients

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Keen attention to detail

Understands risk management, develops plans and implements process improvements to minimize the risk of project plan disruption  

Proven track record of creative problem solving

Growth Mindset

Willingness to travel as needed for installation or client-facing meetings

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to build, and execute against, project timelines

Manage project budgets to ensure project is on track

Understand project scope and execute change orders for items out of scope in a timely manner

Perform quality control at critical milestones to ensure client satisfaction

Collaborate with Procurement for the purchase of specified materials

Collaborate with Master Schedule to understand capacity constraints & opportunities

Manage 3rd Party contractors involved in projects

Plan and coordinate the installation of projects

Utilize company tools - including smartsheets - to manage timeline and resources

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Communicate project challenges and potential solutions to relevant stakeholders including company and client leadership

How we'll measure success:

Client Satisfaction (NPS)

On-Time Delivery of Client Projects

On-Budget Delivery of Client Projects

Compensation:

$80k - $100k, commensurate with experience, portfolio and size & scale of previous projects managed successfully
