Johnson Brunetti is a leading retirement and investment firm with offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Georgia. This position is based in our Wethersfield CT office.
We are looking for a driven candidate who can grow a sales pipeline by coordinating multiple schedules and filling the calendars of our financial advisors in multiple offices.
Responsibilities:
Ability to fill the Financial Advisors’ schedules with qualified appointments that are produced through marketing efforts
Calling, qualifying and scheduling prospects
Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
Attend and set up seminars and workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments of conclusion of programs
Accurate entry of data into CRM (salesforce) system from prospecting & marketing efforts
Work independently and proactively to meet business & department goals
Qualifications:
High level of communication and follow-through skills
Strong persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments
Previous experience in a relatable appointment scheduling or inside sales role
Strong organizational skills
Strong ability to follow through the entire process of converting prospects to clients
Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
Telephone or inside sales experience is a plus
4-year college degree
Ability to work some evenings for events
