Overview:

As a Crew Member at Dunkin' Donuts, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit. From greeting customers to preparing beverages and baked goods, your contributions will be key to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide prompt and friendly service.

Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve Dunkin' Donuts products, including coffee, espresso, donuts, and sandwiches, according to company standards.

Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accuracy in cash handling procedures.

Store Maintenance: Assist with store cleanliness, including cleaning counters, tables, and equipment, and ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members and managers to ensure efficient and effective store operations.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a fast-food, retail, or customer service environment is preferred but not required.

Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.

Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (weekend availability required).

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
