Job Summary

This person will act as a subject matter expert for all bank products and services. 

Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

Responsibilities:

2nd level customer support of all products and services.

Support internal partners with product related questions/ issues.

Take appropriate steps to bring any support cases to resolution in a timely manner.

Participate in product testing (new and existing).

Participate in rollout of new products/ services.

Work closely with Treasury Management team on implementation of new products and services.

Perform training sessions for new and existing employees.

Follows policies and procedures; completes tasks correctly and on time; supports the company’s goals and values.

Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; work ethically and with integrity; uphold organizational values; accept responsibility for own actions.

Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, EEO policy; shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; educates others on the value of diversity; promotes working environment free of harassment of any type; builds a diverse workforce and supports affirmative action.

Performs the position safely, without endangering the health or safety to themselves or others and will be expected to report potentially unsafe conditions. The employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations and orders issued pursuant to the OSHA Act of 1970, which are applicable to one’s own actions and conduct.

Qualifications:

Excellent client services skills

Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions

Excellent problem solving skills

Strong organization skills, detail oriented and the ability to complete tasks effectively and in a timely manner

Proven ability to use the Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, MS Word

Required: 5+ years’ bank operations/client services experience

Preferred: Bank back office/treasury management operations experience with internet banking/balance reporting, remote deposit and/or ACH

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Salary Range: $65,187.20- 82,000.00 USD;  Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with geographic/market data.
