What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to warm generated leads
Communicate with customers to ensure quality appointments are issued to sales representatives
Provide accurate information about products and services
Schedule, reschedule and dispatch appointments as needed
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
Maintain customer records and update customer information in the customer service database
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Experience in a call center, customer service or sales role
Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
High energy and willingness to learn
Weekend availability required
