Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical repairs on the machinery.
Perform corrective maintenance on the machinery.
Rebuild/repair mechanical modules and assemblies.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on the machinery which includes lubrication and cleaning of air filters.
Adhere to the procedures outlined in the technical Support Maintenance Procedure.
Communicate pertinent information to the Technical Services Manager/Supervisor, Technicians, and Production Staff.
Adhere to ISO 9001 specifications and requirements.
Qualifications:
Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
Must be able to service equipment in an accurate and timely manner.
Requires standing and walking, exerting up to 75lbs of lifting, carrying, pulling or otherwise moving objects on occasion.
