Overview:
The Human Resources Coordinator assists with all HR processes including the new hire process, assisting associates with benefits, payroll or policy questions, Leave of Absences, Investigations, Trainings, and other day to day activities as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
Performs customer service functions by answering associate requests and questions.
Assist with the new hire process, including associate files.
Assists with preparation of the performance review process.
Assist associates with timecard keeping and maintenance.
Performs Investigations and On-site trainings via phone and/or in person
Tracks Leave of Absences – FMLA/ADA/State Leaves
Competencies
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Office, Excel).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources or related field; or at least 2 years of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job; or equivalent combination of education and training.
