Responsibilities:

Manage restaurant operations to enhance customer experiences.

Supervise and train dining staff for exceptional service.

Handle reservations and optimize seating arrangements.

Ensure accuracy in order taking and transmission to the kitchen.

Promote upselling and maintain a strong grasp of the menu.

Resolve conflicts among staff and address customer concerns.

Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service.

Maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.

Provide leadership and guidance during peak hours.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems effectively.
