Part-Time

36-48 hours including On Call Hours

Schedule: Wednesday-Tuesday, 7 days on, 7 days off

Hours: On call 0400-0700, In office 0700-1330. 

Vacation Rotation B

Department: Home Health and Hospice

NOTE: various departments may have additional qualifications/certification and responsibilities associated with their specific area. Copies of department specific requirements may be obtained through your HR representative.

Responsibilities:

RN is responsible for the written Nursing Care Plan, acts as the patient advocate, and is responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned to RN. The RN is responsible to the Unit Nurse Manager or House Supervisor.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Required: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Evidence of continuing education appropriate for skill level and area of practice.

Desired: BSN

Experience:

Required: One year continuous RN experience in an acute care setting.

Desired: Previous Hospice, Home Health and/or community health experience, or critical care. 

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: Current RN license in the State of Oregon; CPR certification; Maintains a valid Oregon's Driver's License and proof of current auto insurance.

Equipment/Tools/Work Aids: Infusion pumps, and other medical equipment, computer terminal printer, photocopier, and patient charts.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Ability to provide care for the patient's age-specific, cultural, physical, and psychosocial well-being.
