Role Summary:
Shift: Wednesday - Saturday; 6:00am - 4:30pm
As a Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Team in the day-to-day operations of the department, monitoring productivity, and communicating necessary adjustments in departmental processes. You will be expected to be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities. Additionally, you will need to provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met. You will perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager and work with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in assigned department
Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes
Flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities
Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met
Maintain high level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails
Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
Works with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management

Role Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
High school degree or GED required
Professional written and verbal communication
Problem-solving and reporting skills
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift
Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
