Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY: Commits to learning and demonstrating progress over the duration of the Paid Training Program in the essential functions listed below.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Essential Functions Statement(s):
Sorts, inspects, cleans, prices, and tallies donations produced for sales floor.
Pushes racks and carts to retail floor and assists in stocking the floor and pulls merchandise.
Accepts and safeguards donations and keeps processing and donation areas in a clean, safe and organized manner.
Provides excellent customer service to donors and customers. Refers to management any concerns or complaints
Accurately charges customers purchases and follows all cash handling policies and procedures. Maintains the sales floor, keeps it safe clean, and organized.
Places merchandise in displays. Takes inventory of stock and pulls merchandise for transfer as directed by management, Sales II or Key Holder.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned or directed.

Work Schedule: May include evenings and weekends. Must be available during operation hours.
