Overview:

Job Title: Revenue Audit Manager

Salary: $70,000+

Status: Full Time

Shift: Days

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Audit Manager to oversee our audit team and ensure accuracy and compliance with State and Federal regulations. You will be pivotal in enhancing audit procedures, implementing improvements, and managing team performance. Responsibilities:

Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure the revenue audit team adheres to State and Federal laws, reviews audits for accuracy, and manages daily journal entries and end-of-month reports.

Process Improvement: Evaluate and recommend improvements to audit procedures and implement new processes based on internal or external changes.

Goal Setting and Oversight: Develop measurable goals for the department, oversee document retention, and manage team training, development, and performance reviews.

Team Management: Interview, hire, and approve work schedules, salary adjustments, and staffing needs for the Revenue Audit team.

Audit Coordination: Assist in internal and external audit requests, support management with ad-hoc projects, and ensure compliance with ICMPs.

Qualifications:

Licensing and Skills: Obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License; possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of IGT systems preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Guest Service and Image: Project a positive image of Monarch and the Finance Department, provide exceptional service by modeling the Eight Simple Principles.

Work Quality and Environment: Produce high-quality, accurate work on time, promote a positive and productive work environment.

Experience and Teamwork: Preferably have 5+ years in supervisory/management accounting or casino accounting, or a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; promote cooperative behavior and team efforts.
