Exciting Job Opportunity at MSK: Senior Project Coordinator
Our team is central to developing and executing strategies that enhance MSK’s physical and capital resources. We focus on creating tactical solutions to address immediate business needs and engage in enterprise-wide portfolio planning that supports MSK’s long-term goals. Our approach is driven by principles of being purpose-built for MSK, customer-focused, data-driven, and forward-thinking.
Role Overview:
Develop project plans, including methods and tools to organize and manage activities for projects
Analyze and determine project metrics, make data-based recommendations, and present information in an efficient manner
Take a proactive approach to monitoring the progress of projects and work with the team to mitigate issues
Communicate project milestones and disseminate relevant information within project deadlines
Ability to understand complex data and translate it into actionable and concise information for leadership and other internal partners.
Key Qualifications:
Resourceful, a skilled multi-tasker, and creative problem solver
Willing to take initiative and eager to accept new opportunities and challenges with a sense of confidence, urgency and passion
Collaborative, work well within a team, and seek opportunities to provide support
Able to work independently to meet deadlines and prioritize responsibilities using good judgment
Core Skills:
2+ years of multifaceted project coordination experience;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Experience using project management and collaboration tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and capability to shift style to varying audiences
Ability to gather, interpret, and present data in an organized and efficient manner
Enthusiasm and dedication to MSK's vision, mission and values
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit; experience with CAFM or IWMS systems is a plus
Additional Information:
Location: Hybrid, at 633 Third Ave 2-3 days per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm
Reporting to: Senior Director, Space & Capital Planning
Pay Range: $72,600.00-$(phone number removed)
