Responsibilities:
The Director of Skilled Nursing Clinical Operations is responsible for the overall clinical operations of the skilled nursing care facilities. Utilizes and applies knowledge of skilled nursing state and federal regulations and requirements to ensure the safety of residents. Drives clinical excellence across the facilities.
Qualifications:
Education• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required Experience• 5 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing operations required• 2 years of management experience required Licenses and Certifications• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
