Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

The A.C. Coy Company is currently hiring for a VoIP Implementation and Support Specialist role. This individual will be responsible for

managing all aspects of the customer installation process, including conducting site surveys, gathering customer requirements, provisioning IP devices, and providing end-user training. Our ideal candidate will have 3+years of experience with VoIP/UCaaS technology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in winning new business by providing technical expertise and implementation insights

Conduct thorough site surveys and gather customer requirements for VoIP/UCaaS implementations

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the installation, including provisioning of IP devices, building hosted PBX systems, and ensuring a seamless transition from the customer's previous service provider

Provide end-user training and ensure customers are confident in using the system

Provide level 1 technical support to VoIP/UCaaS customers, resolving issues and providing timely assistance

Ensure smooth communication between the customer and internal teams throughout the implementation process

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in telecommunications, specifically in UCaaS & Hosted PBX implementation and support

Strong understanding of VoIP/UCaaS technology and IP provisioning

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers

Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
