Serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and guests entering the hospital. Creates a welcoming and supportive environment by providing clear information, assistance, and directions. Plays a critical role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and contributes to the overall smooth operation of the hospital.
Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong customer service focus. Ability to remain claim and professional in various settings. Six months in a customer service role preferred.
