Description/Job Summary
Maintains operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Performs various bookkeeping duties and assists customers impacted by fraud.
Responsibilities/Duties
May handle safe deposit box sales, service and record keeping.
Assists customers in reconciling statements and other inquiries regarding accounts.
Researches customer requests.
Reconciles various account statements.
Completes various duties including wire transfers, ACH, and savings bond orders.
Processes mail.
Performs various bookkeeping duties.
May assist in various other areas of operations.
May run back counter capture.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Preferred Skills
Must be able to operate a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed.
Must have good customer service skills, both in person and on the phone.
Must have a general knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Must have the ability to work under pressure and have constant interruptions while doing assigned responsibilities.
Must have strong mathematical and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of FiServ preferred.
Bank operations experience is preferred.
Preferred Education
High school graduate or equivalent with previous banking experience or equivalent work experience.
