The hospital offers a wide range of specialties, including cardiology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, emergency medicine, gastroenterology, hospitalist services, nephrology, hematology, urology, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, and wound care.
Our Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to work the Day Shift in our Clinic. The Full-Time PT will:
Be responsible for outpatient and inpatient evaluations, assessments, plans of care, and ongoing physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician
Administer treatment plan of care in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability
Document, in a timely manner, all patient-related information and ensure that patients are charged correctly per departmental and insurance carrier guidelines
Participate in departmental operational activities such as the budget, clinical quality, clinical education, infection control, departmental safety, and team-building programs
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree is required (Master's or Doctorate Preferred)
North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy License
American Heart Association BLS is required within 30 days of hire
