We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and forward thinking, Mechanical & Electrical specialist, based in London. The role is for a Project Director to overseeing multiple projects concurrently across the capital.

* £80,000-£100,000 Base Salary

This role will oversee a number of live projects as well as prepare future projects from through various stages of design, construction and commissioning. This is a Senior level Project Manager/Project Director position, working on M&E projects up to £30m

Key Responsibilities

* Proactive management of Health & Safety

* Planning, managing, executing and controlling projects

* Sole responsibility for budget, programme, quality, supplier and subcontractor management

* Participate in bid/tender processes

* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients

* Full man management responsibilities

Experience/Qualifications Required:

* Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or building services.

* 5+ years’ experience as an M&E Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Project Direcotor

* Experience within the district heating sector (or similar).

* Excellent knowledge (and related delivery experience) of the assembly and installation of mechanical and electrical systems such as heat pumps, heat exchangers, piping, and HVAC components in plantrooms and similar environments.

* Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project.

* Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

* CSCS Card

* SMSTS

* Full UK driving licence.
