Forward March Inc. is partnering with a leading company in the defense industry and seeking a skilled Integration & Test Engineer to join our team. As an Integration & Test Engineer, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of comprehensive integration and testing strategies for complex defense systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and software engineering, to ensure the successful integration and testing of our products.
We are looking to fast track qualified veterans, military spouses, currently serving Guard/Reserve members, and transitioning service members to great career opportunities with our partner.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integration and test plans for defense systems.
Collaborate with design and software engineering teams to ensure successful integration of hardware and software components.
Conduct system-level testing to verify the performance and functionality of defense systems.
Identify and troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
Perform test data analysis and generate comprehensive reports.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on integration and test considerations.
Support customer testing and help resolve any integration and test-related issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances in integration and test methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience as an Integration & Test Engineer.
Experience in the defense industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of integration and testing methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages.
Experience with test data analysis and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
