Indian Motorcycle of Daytona Beach , a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an outgoing and personable customer service Rockstar to act as the liaison between our customers and technicians in the Service Department at our dealership in Daytona Beach, FL. If you are a positive, upbeat, and interactive Service Advisor with a passion for powersports, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance and recall work.

Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions.

Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Slingshots and clearly describe them on the repair order.

Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified.

Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost.

Offer additional services and products, including special promotions.

Review repair orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness.

Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work.

Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer.

Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1+ years of powersports or automotive dealership experience

Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills

Experience writing concise but detailed repair orders for vehicles - powersports or automotive, desired

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Motorcycle endorsement preferred
