Path Construction has an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in our Arlington Heights, IL office. We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Scottsdale, AZ; Dallas, TX; Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; and Tampa, FL, working on projects throughout the United States. This is a critical position for the company and will build upon our diverse background in both construction sector and geographic reach. This position has the excellent upward mobility potential for the right candidate.

You would work alongside the Director of Business Development and collaborate with other department leaders to complete related tasks and projects daily.

Daily Tasks:

Coordinate with department leaders to design and implement brand identity/growth across all digital and physical channels (social platforms, website, internal communications, jobsites, collateral used for clients and hiring, etc.)

Coordinate and lead the RFQ/RFP process in conjunction with department leaders

Spearhead PR efforts with all industry related media outlets in multiple markets

Assist in planning and organizing both client and employee functions, company sponsored events and career fairs

Maintain and update existing marketing collateral and assets such as project profiles, project photography, team resumes, brochures, website, video content, etc.

Create videos, photos, brochures, etc. to help advertise and market the company

Coordinate with Path Construction personnel in various locations to obtain required project related information for proposals and other promotional needs

Conduct web-based market research as necessary on clients, prospects, and industry trends

Additional responsibilities and duties as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications or Graphic design

1+ years of A/E/C Industry experience preferred, but not required

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills are critical to this position

Extremely proficient in MS office and Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro)

Ability to fly Drone for video and photo footage is preferred

Manage/coordinate the RFQ/RFP process, messaging and design

Work with multiple teams at once while managing tight deadlines

Ability and willingness to work on active construction sites to gather video/photographic content

Must be a self-starter with desire to achieve
