The right candidate will be responsible for general maintenance, keeping the building clean and in prime operating condition, and helping provide a safe working community. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: litter control, operating a forklift for various job tasks, using industrial cleaning equipment for floors, general cleaning and upkeep of the facility, cleaning various filters, maintaining inventory, setup of facilities for meetings, conferences, events, reporting deficiencies, and running errands for parts (applicants should have valid license). Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Major Responsibilities:

Assist the Maintenance Department in keeping the building, equipment, vehicles, and utilities in good working order. Facility grounds should be properly maintained in accordance with best practices; this includes outdoor maintenance and litter control;

Support the Maintenance Program; CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management Software); PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance); Inventory;

Support Operations;

Other duties as assigned.

This position requires working days Monday through Friday, and hours 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The job also requires overtime on an occasional basis and weekends if needed and reporting to work on emergency calls.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent or vocational technical school.

A minimum of one (1) or more years of maintenance experience is preferred

Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic is preferred

Providing own basic hand tools

Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license

Ability to work an on-call schedule as required meeting the needs of the company.
