The Facilities Specialist at Spectrum Comm Inc plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of the company's physical environment. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and effective workplace for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and recommend solutions.

Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring that all work is completed to high standards.

General maintenance to include workstation configuration, repair and miscellaneous maintenance associated with the complete office set up, to include receiving service calls from customers, following up with customers, and entering service requests into the Logistics Work Order Systes

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in facilities management or related field is a plus.

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.  SharePoint is desired

Knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and health and safety regulations.

NAC Tier 1 clearance

Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years old

Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. and use tools such as drills, circular saw, jigsaw, and a Sawzall.

Forklift experience is desired
