Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
Provide direct physical therapy services, guiding patients through exercises and recovery techniques.

Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and preventative care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Requirements
Current and valid physical therapist license in the state of practice.
Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in evaluating and treating patients with diverse needs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional growth.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel to meet patients in their homes.
