Corporate Talent Resources LLC is excited to offer an opportunity for a Registered Nurse - Manager of Neuro ICU to lead our client’s dedicated healthcare team in providing specialized care for neurology patients. In this key management role, you will oversee the Neuro Intensive Care Unit, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care in a supportive and well-coordinated environment. Your responsibilities will include not only managing nursing staff but also collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans aimed at optimizing outcomes for those with critical neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Neuro ICU, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.

Work collaboratively with neurologists and neurosurgeons to implement effective treatment plans.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality measures, and best practices.

Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering an environment focused on education and professional growth.

Monitor patient outcomes and lead initiatives for continuous quality improvement.

Manage resources, staff schedules, and budgets effectively within the unit.

Encourage teamwork and maintain a positive, collaborative unit culture.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements to be Considered:

A minimum of 5 years of recent acute care RN experience in the ICU is required

A minimum of 2 years in an ICU leadership role is required

BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is required

A valid Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted

BLS/ACLS certification is required
