Our Minds Matter (OMM) is working toward a day when no teen dies by suicide. Driven by research and led by teens, OMM clubs create safe, brave spaces where young people build social connections, practice self-care and healthy habits, and offer peer-to-peer mental health support. Originally founded as the Josh Anderson Foundation, we began with five schools in Fairfax County in 2012 and a sole employee: founding Executive Director Lauren Anderson, who named the organization in honor of her brother, Josh, who died by suicide at the age of 17. In the decade-plus since our founding, OMM has grown to become the leading provider of peer-to-peer mental health programming for teens in the DC Metro Area (DMV). We are a majority BIPOC-led organization currently supporting a network of 149 clubs in high schools, middle schools and teen centers nationwide, with the majority located in the DMV.
The Role
The Program Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our programs by overseeing operational processes, managing resources, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The Program Operations Manager will report directly to the Chief Program Officer. They will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of technology, systems, and processes to enhance program efficiency, scalability, and performance.They will work with the rest of the program team and other stakeholders to align operational activities with program goals and objectives. The Program Operations Manager will supervise support roles and contracted staff for measurement and evaluation initiatives.

Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency and streamline workflows
Identify and mitigate against potential risks and vulnerabilities that may impact program delivery or outcomes
Monitor and assess program operation systems and processes on an ongoing basis and adjust as needed
Oversee the processing and onboarding of new OMM clubs and leads
Developing and managing program supply inventory and vendors
Support logistics of programming events such as leadership training and campaigns
Ensure internal and external program resources and assets are updated on various platforms, such as the Intranet and website.
Technology & Systems Management [40%]
Lead the ongoing development and maintenance of Salesforce, including customization, workflows, automation, and reporting
Oversee the technical aspects of the program sections of the website, ensuring that it is scalable, secure, and optimized for user experience
Manage integrations between the website, Salesforce, and other digital platforms to enhance data flow and streamline processes
Use Google Analytics and other data platforms to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
Provide regular reports and insights to inform program decisions and improve marketing and operational strategies.
Collaborate with program, development, and other teams to develop data-driven strategies for digital growth
Manage IT projects from conception to completion, including timelines, budgeting, and coordination with vendors and external partners.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection standards (GDPR, etc.), and cybersecurity protocols
Impact Monitoring [10%]
Tasks related to this job include:
Utilize Salesforce and comply with other OMM procedures to record and track program metrics, note program implementation trends, and identify challenges and gaps
Track and analyze data related to content utilization and engagement across the website and social media

Assist with event planning and other projects as needed. Tasks related to this job include:
Assist in other fundraising and operations efforts as needed
Contribute to the team in a meaningful and genuine way
Ensure receipts and classing for all program expenses are completed promptly
Requirements
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in operations management, with a track record of successfully managing complex initiatives
Proficiency in software such as WordPress, Salesforce, and Tableau
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, with experience in web traffic analysis and reporting.
At least two years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations
Proven experience in developing, documenting, implementing and improving processes
Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, software development life cycle, and system integration best practices
Data analysis and reporting
Experience in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and work autonomously
Ability to effectively work with Google Drive and social media platforms

Requirements
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in operations management, with a track record of successfully managing complex initiatives
Proficiency in software such as WordPress, Salesforce, and Tableau
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, with experience in web traffic analysis and reporting.
At least two years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations
Proven experience in developing, documenting, implementing and improving processes
Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, software development life cycle, and system integration best practices
Data analysis and reporting
Experience in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and work autonomously
Ability to effectively work with Google Drive and social media platforms
Demonstrated commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion
Valid criminal background check via state police and Child Protective Services
Desired Qualifications
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Technology, Computer Science or related field
Ability to use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics)
Certifications in Salesforce
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations
Experience with API integrations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members to achieve goals and objectives
Comfortable and skilled in using various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Passion for improving mental health, especially in our teen population
Flexibility for planned evening and weekend work hours
*While the role is open to all candidates within reasonable commuting distance from our DC office, there is a preference for DC residents.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from ($66,000 - $99,000)

Location
Primary office location is 1100 15th St NW, Washington, DC 20005. This is a hybrid position, with all staff reporting in-person on Wednesdays of each week. The role may potentially require an additional day in office to fulfill various responsibilities associated with the needs of the program.
