Responsibilities:
Oversee all operations of the property, including budgeting, leasing, and maintenance.
Develop and implement resident retention programs and community events.
Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding property management.
Communicate effectively with residents to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
Manage maintenance services to maintain the property’s appearance and functionality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of property management software and systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
