We are currently seeking seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for driving enrollment growth and enhancing our community presence across our 8 childcare centers in Northeast Ohio.
Job Summary
The Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator will oversee the entire enrollment process, execute strategic marketing initiatives, develop training programs for staff, and leverage data to drive decision-making—ensuring our centers provide outstanding experiences to prospective families. This person possesses exceptional people skills and brings strong expertise in marketing, training, and data analysis.
We offer competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour (depending on experience and credentials) in addition to an industry-leading benefits package, underscoring our commitment to attracting and retaining top-quality educators and supporting staff members.
Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize the entire enrollment process, transforming inquiries into enrollments through seamless experiences and data-driven strategies.
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and community events to boost our visibility and attract new families.
Craft engaging content for social media, showcasing our unique programs and vibrant community.
Analyze enrollment data and marketing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
Develop and implement training programs for center directors and staff, empowering them with best practices in customer engagement and service excellence.
Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to enhance our community presence and partnerships.
Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage the inquiry-to-enrollment pipeline, and make data-driven decisions.
Enhance our online presence through SEO strategies, ensuring we rank high in local search results and stand out to prospective families.
Coordinate billing processes, address voucher delays, and ensure financial procedures run smoothly.
Collaborate with the owners to develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing dashboard that tracks key performance indicators.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or sales
A passion for all things marketing, especially in digital and community outreach. You thrive on creativity and innovation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs that empower teams and drive results.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and engaging with diverse communities.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Procare, IntelliKids, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for crafting compelling content.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive initiatives forward.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field a plus
