Busy Pediatric Dental practice in Ashland is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and friendly Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! Must be able to work in a fast-paced office and always maintain a great attitude and superior customer service.
You are the best part of our patients' day
Answering phones with a smile. You are the voice of the practice and an extension of the atmosphere of our office.
Checking patients in and scheduling their next appointment
Payment collections
Insurance Verification
Accurately entering patient information in to our practice management system
Duties will be increased with more experience
Must work weekly and able to cover on calls as needed.
Must be reliable, consistent, self- motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Paying attention to detail is a must.
This is a full-time position working from Monday - Friday.
Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: No experience is required but the ideal candidate will have some relevant experience, including but not limited to the following:
Superior customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care
Ability to operate multiple computer programs effectively and efficiently
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional communication skills
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Dynamic interpersonal skills and the desire and ability to learn new skills and work well with a team
Minimum of 1 yr experience medical front desk (dental experience preferred)
Minimum of 1 yr experience verifying medical/dental insurances
2 Step TB Test required
