Timber Kids Dentistry is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is integral to enhancing our patient experience and ensuring that our dental practice runs smoothly.
As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for presenting treatment plans, coordinating with patients, and assisting with insurance matters. Your expertise in dental procedures and excellent communication skills will be essential in helping patients feel informed and comfortable regarding their treatment options.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the dental team to create and present personalized treatment plans.
Communicate treatment options and answer patient questions in a clear and compassionate manner.
Assist patients with insurance verification and claims processing.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow.
Manage patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Resolve any patient concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Fridays 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role preferred.
Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex treatment plans and financial information to patients.
Proficient in dental software and computer applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
