Are you an experienced and self-motivated Trailer Technician looking to advance your career?
If so, Kooner Fleet Management Solutions wants you to join our growing team! We are currently hiring for multiple Trailer Mechanic/Technician positions in San Diego, CA. The Trailer Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs to Class 7-8 trailers to help keep our customer's fleets moving.

What the Trailer Mechanic/Technician role looks like:
Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on various vehicles and equipment
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including; brake repair, air brake systems, shocks, struts, electrical systems, corner nose rails, corner radius, wheel seals, bottom skirts, and top rails.
Align wheels and perform suspension work
Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve issues
Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
What our ideal candidate looks like:
3 years' experience as a trailer technician or similar role
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Proficiency in brake repair, air brake systems, shocks, struts, and electrical systems
Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must have basic hand tools
